A fierce and flowing routine that takes influence from Ballet, Pilates and Yoga— soundtracked by my own mixes of underground club records.
Panorama Barre incorporates dynamic and isometric muscle movements to work your full body and give you a deep burning sensation that'll push you to your max and get you sweating buckets. It's low impact but intense— not a typical cardio class but expect to feel your pulse raise and your legs shake. Time flies during the class and before you know it you'll leave pumped with endorphins and feeling recalibrated and energised. Regular attendance will result in fat loss, a strong & sculpted physique and improved flexibility and mobility.
Please feel free to rest and reset whenever you need to and pause the video. Listen to your bodies. Barre is tough but the aim of the game as you progress is learning to endure the sensation as you get stronger and get deeper into the movements— it's a process so take it a step at a time!
EQUIPMENT
- Mat
- 2 x 1-1.5kg dumb bells (tinned food, small bottles of water filled up or bodyweight)
- Chair or surface as your Barre
- Optional resistance loop
- Optional soft ball
