LEVELS

If you’re new to my classes, don’t be worried! I give options for progression and regression for every class I create. You can always opt out of using equipment and it's also totally up to you how deep you move into the exercises, this looks different for everybody.If you need rest you can always give the video a cheeky pause to grab an extra sip of water. 

If you would feel more comfortable trying something of a slower pace to begin with, try one of the L1 labelled classes on the catalog. The easiest way to find these is by typing L1 into the search bar in the top right of the catalog ~ this is going to bring up all L1 workouts for you.These videos break down each exercise in more detail before moving into them so gives you regular breaks between exercises and more time to understand each positioning before moving. Don't worry, you'll still feel you've worked out!

INJURIES

My classes are dynamic full-body workouts so if you're working with an injury, please be careful. I'm not there to monitor you so can't help here!

PRE/POST-NATAL

I'm sorry ladies but some of the choreography for these classes may not be suitable for you. I am usually more than happy for you to join my classes in studios as I am able to talk through your alternatives and supervise your workout but for obvious reasons I am not able to do this in this circumstance. If you are totally confident and know what to avoid during exercise at the stage of your pregnancy, feel free to take the class and modify as needed.
