EQUIPMENT

Most of my workouts can be done with very minimal equipment but I do recommend buying some online as they are super affordable and really add to the burn and results! I've added a link for each option incase you're feeling overwhelmed by the amount of options there are online ☻

REQUIRED

♡ A mat 

♡ A chair (for Barre)

PREFERABLE

♡ 2 x hand-weights between 0.5-1.5kg (DIY alternative: tinned goods, filled up bottles of water, something light)

♡ Soft ball (DIY alternative: rolled up shower towel)

♡ Resistance loop (there isn't really a decent DIY option for this and they are super cheap so 100% recommend purchasing!)

L3 OPTIONAL

♡ Ankle weights can be added for an extra burn
